Counselling

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, or simply feeling stuck, counselling offers a safe space to pause, reflect, and work through what’s going on for you.

I provide a supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we focus on helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and balance.

My approach is centred on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel comfortable to be yourself. I draw on evidence-based practices alongside my experience in mental and physical health to support you holistically.

  • I have found Fiona to be absolutely wonderful.

She has helped me work through some challenges I have been facing and has given me helpful advice on how to overcome them. Fiona has a great way of asking the right questions—things I often have going through my head but don’t always know how to express.

I always feel so much better after seeing her, and I genuinely look forward to our catch-ups. I’m very grateful for her support and guidance.

Counselling Options

Introductory Conversation

If it’s your preference you are welcome to have an introductory conversation by phone or in person for up to 30 minutes. The purpose of this would be to see if you feel we are a good fit, and for me to answer any of your questions.

Cost

Sessions are for 60 minutes and cost $130.

Sessions are invoiced at the end of each session. You can pay by cash or internet banking. If paying by cash, please bring the exact amount as I don’t carry change.

You may choose to have counselling short or long term. You are welcome to pause if you prefer and start again whenever you wish.

Cancellations

If something comes up for you and you need to change or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. If something comes up for you on the day unexpectedly, please let me know as soon as you can.  Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will usually incur a fee of the cost of the session for self-funded clients. If this situation becomes relevant, we will talk it through together.
